We suggest you visit this page before arriving at Hall Barn. We hope it will answer any questions you may have.
There will be parking marshals on hand to guide you to the appropriate parking for your group or party. Limited disable spaces will be available. Please respect the speed limit. If you are coming via taxi follow the route in from the Old Town and there will be a drop off point near the parking marshals. Please ensure your return cab knows to enter via the Old Town and is on site before 10:15pm. They can wait for you at the drop off point.
Delicious two course picnics prepared by The Coach House - Wooburn Green (now incorporating Home Roots), must be ordered at least 48 hrs in advance by telephone or online on the CSC website. Alternatively are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. (BBQs and other naked flames are not permitted). Picnic bags and containers should not be brought into the auditorium, due to space constraint.
The bar will offer wine, soft drinks, and local beers before the performance and during the interval. There will also be other hot drinks and ice creams available.
The grounds will be open from 17:45 for our evening performances and 11:45 for matinees. The evening performances will commence at 19:45 and finish approximately 22:15. The Saturday matinees will commence at 13:45 and finish approximately 16:15. Please arrive 15 minutes before the performance starts as latecomers may have to wait to be admitted to their seats.
Accessible seats are reserved near the stage for those with hearing or walking difficulties and there are some spaces for wheelchairs. Every effort has been made to make the site accessible. Please book early specifying your needs. There is also a hearing loop installed for those with specialist auditory needs.
The entrance to Hall Barn can be accessed via Windsor End in Beaconsfield Old Town. PLEASE DO NOT rely on Satnavs. HP9 2SQ is the postcode for the gate and What Three Words are ///basis.badly.mouth
